I was thinking of either one of all the skins of the Frisco, or a "Ship it on the Frisco!" in the middle.

C'mon y'all. The more photos we have, the better your choices will be. Please don't be shy. Post 'em up. We want 2012's mouse pad to be the inaugural best!!!

Next week is the cutoff. Please submit your pictures. Diesel guys, please offer up. Same with steam. Anymore ideas for non-motive power?

Bob, I really like your photo of the 4500 except for one thing, what is that ugly box around the bell? ruines the whole picture!

You're right- it's to protect the bell from visits by the Midnite Requisition Company. Unless it could be Photoshopped out of the picture, I'm not sure what you can do. I am nervous about the openness of the locomotive to the public, and fear a visit from some ambitious "artist" or gangsta thug.

Actually, I also have shots of the 4500 after it was placed in its new home- sets of panel track next to it, and a black plastis trash bag taped over the headlight. Yecchh! Fortunately, that's all gone now.

The side-door caboose at the end, painted & lettered Frisco, is OK, except for missing doors.

    Manny:

Attached is a photo of the Beaumont Water Tower for consideration as a mouse pad image under the other or structures category. To me it has added significance as it still exists.

    Manny:

Here is another photo of the Beaumont Water Tower taken from a different angle although I believe the first one may be better.

Once the designs are completed, I will list the web-site information where you go and order them from. You will deal directly with the vendor. This will keep everyone's information confidential, and all money issues eliminated.

Take your time, Manny. Slow and steady wins the race. We all get too many projects going at once sometimes. :)
