My Lord, something even uglier than the Newburg, MO remodeled depot!

They must have designed the Sulligent, AL depot by committee, and everybody got every one of their ideas included.

    Sulligent, AL Depot. :)

Rather looks like the offspring of a mid-1950s dairy loading facility and a Phillips 66 service station of the same era.

But it would be a fun one to model.

    Sulligent, AL depot.

I have lived in Sulligent all of my life with the exception of 4 1/2 years.

I am not old enough to remember the depot but I have been on its concrete foundation several times and wondered what it was like. A few years ago BNSF donated a BN caboose and the town put it on the depot foundation. They painted it red and black with the Frisco coonskin logo.

Sulligent just built a very nice pavilion over the portion of the old foundation we have been using as a stage for various events.

Please explain exactly how to find the floor plan.

I am a huge railfan who lives in Sulligent.

    Guys,

That Cabool depot floor plan is not the building in the photograph.

The building in the photograph was built during the very late 1940s, or early 1950s.

Love the comments made about it. :D

    Brandon,

Go over and step off the measurements of the foundation. ;)
