No offense, but this sounds like something that may look like the end result of a bad case of stomach flu!

Are there any records containing information as to whether or not railfans and/or railroad employees of the Frisco's predecessors were unhappy about the takeover by the Frisco similar to the way that Frisco railfans/employees were upset by the BN takeover?

Joe, Funny you should say this. When I first started in the hobby, I chose the UP because it was readily available in trainset form, and had no clue about railroading at all. I switched to FRISCO after it was long gone and one night was brought up to speed by my train club buddies, that the FRISCO ran for years in my own back yard. I kinda felt dumb, for not paying any attention to what was around me railroadwise, All I knew at that time was MP ran east and west and Santa Fe ran North and south from my upbringing Locale!!! It wasn't till I was older that I realized that as a young young lad, I was surrounded by the railroads that were the heartbeat of AMERICA, Now I would give anything to get back one year of those railroads. NOw I find myself struggling to learn more and more about this railroad I come to know and love!!!
