I'm from Memphis Tn. FRISCO is still present here with advertising on bridges and overpasses. The best is the Frisco Bridge really quite an undertaking for the time. I am happy to find more railroad folks. Generally I am interested in Trains that had a Memphis connection. A 100 years ago many great lines crossed the river here. Memphis has been a distribution center ever since. I just wanted introduce myself. Trainric60|-|

Welcome aboard. I love going down to Memphis for an evening on Beal St. I don't know if you saw it but a year or so ago there was a layout featured in one of the two big model railroad mags that depicted Memphis along the river with Frisco action.
Rick Ferrari, I really like your first name . . . Welcome to the group. If you have a chance, please post photos of those Memphis bridges, signs, etc. I haven't been there is 40 years and would love to see the SLSF infrastructure still in place.
