How do you know it was a former Frisco?

Not my question nor my implication, just trying to see if someone here might be able to confirm/deny the statement.

The car looks like a Frisco 95000 series flat but they were from the late '20s.

The Frisco bought 250 steel flat cars in 1907, which was the first large purchase of steel flats after the consolidation of the Frisco and the Memphis Road. They were placed in the 93750-93999 series. The cars were 43'-0 over the end sills, and they were 9'-01/2" over the side sills. They had a capacity of 80,000 lbs. Twenty five of these cars were still on the roster as late as 1953. Jim will have to see if these dimensions match the car in question.
