Frisco models for sale

Frisco modelers please note that www.jaystrains.com has a big 25% reduction sale going on that includes Frisco diesel-electrics and freight cars including some vintage equipment all in HO scale.

In addition, www.nixonenterprises.com and www.preownedtrains.com have past produced Frisco items listed and of course Kadee´s site has links to dealers with sold out Frisco HO freight cars as well.

I checked jaystrains.com and found two Frisco models, Athearn GP38-2 no. 671 and Athearn GP50 no. 3100. $40.00 for the GP38-2 and $50.00 for the GP50.

You have to click HO-HOn3, then HO Locomotives, then finally HO Locomotives A-MOD. Agreed, they should have a search engine, but they do seem to have some pretty good deals.

Jay lists two Stewart HO scale Frisco BLW VO-1000s at $85 each. You deduct 25% off the price from his sale. Not a bad deal.

The search engine is easy to navigate. In the case of the diesels you just glide down the list which is arranged by manufacturer from A to Z.

First time might be a bit tricky but just let your fingers do the walking.

Also, Nixon Enterprises lists no less than 15 Frisco freight cars in HO. Plastic and vintage metal. The Revell yellow Frisco 50 ft. flat car brings back memories. Back in the late 50s Frisco models in HO scale were far and few between. Champ and Walthers made millions off of their Frisco decals!
