Has the switch between KCS and Frisco almost behind where station was been pulled up? KCS used to use Frisco tracks till had own rails into town in 1928. Afterwards Frisco used to use KCS tracks during flood season when Dodson used to flood out. Great photos, haven't been there in couple of years, Ricky

Jane Truman's House before she moved to her last house? I was born in next house to west. It still stands and we moved out in 1954. Roses often bloom out back where outhouse used to stand!

Can you remind me where Seymour is? Sorry took so long to catch your message as was looking at photos to get an idea for board. Hope to run two tracks at a time old fashioned way with two transformers at first, Freight & pasenger. Dad & GrandDad & Uncle worked , dare I say on KCS, I dare but untill I grew up and got older never took to much like I did Frisco, the Frisco Highline. Yell back when want to, am sick now but will check in! You have been kind to speak to me!

I remember when Frisco slowed down in Grandview a was in Ruskin High before Nam. I graduated from Ruskin in 1970, Frisco was down to something like a train a week. I sure know 7 and 13 as Grandparents lived in Clinton and Quorells (sic) and came back to area after Nam to secure Missiles. Drove all over the place. I am retired from VA Hospital nothing to brag of but a Civil Service Retirement. This has been my first Christmas back with HO trains. I have made a fool of self buying Frisco, KSC, and MKT because they were part of my youth. I am happy with self in this hobby. Brings back the old folks and those before them.

Sorry to dissapoint you that I didn't grow up in Grandview but sure grew up around it and knew the elders. You know where the Frisco Crossing was there next to Mary (end part !)
