    1. Would the 1500 class mountains by light or heavy weight 4-8-2?

    2. Would a 4500 class look fairly prototypical if I use an undec. BLI blue line ATSF 4-8-4?

    3. How close is the IHC 2-6-0 mogul to the real frisco deal?

    4. How big where the driving wheels on a frisco 4-6-0?

    1) The 1500-class mountains are sort of in between, but to my eye, they look more like a USRA light mountain, at least 1500-1519.

    2) I'm going to guess that BLI is modeling 3751, and probably as it was rebuilt. Well, they were both Baldwin-built, so there is a family resemblance. The drivers and cylinders are going to be off some, but if it doesn't bother you, call it close enough.

    3) See http://www.frisco.org/fmig/newsletters/fmig21/fmig21h.htm (can be downloaded from this site, too) for some mogul inforamtion. It doesn't mention the the IHC, so you'll have to find its dimensions.

4)Depends on the class, I think. Are you looking at a specific model?

Not to my eye. I think I had a drawing of the 4500's in NL number 5. I may have also included the AT&SF 4-8-4 drawing in number 5 or 6.

There's so much info here on frisco.org to mine.
