I was just out on Ethan's (friscomodelerhopefully) profile looking at his photos when I noticed a couple of other young Frisco modelers, murphy millican and friscochoctaw. I think that is it great that we have some younger people interested in and modeling the Frisco. In addition, all three of these modelers are active on this website asking questions and describing their progress. I am looking forward to meeting some of our younger modelers at the Frisco Meet in September. Finally, I would like to extend an operating session on my Frisco Northern Division to our younger members when they make a trip to KC. I would only ask that you let me know a week or two before your trip. Your parents are welcome to hang out during the op session or even grab a throttle if they would like to operate. Rick ... I have had several PM's back and forth with Murphy Millican as he is a fan of the Reader RR, Waterloo, AR (where I grew up as a kid). I also found out that his Grandpa ( five years my junior) went to the same school as I did after my parents moved to Waldo, AR. His Grandpa also worked some for the Reader RR. I hope to meet Murphy someday and maybe have some chicken in Carona on the way. It's amazing that things like this come about only because of Frisco Org. I am really glad that I found this site.
