What paint scheme would you like to see on a new unit done up for Frisco?

What if BNSF did a heritage series like the UP did, but they used ACTUAL paint schemes rather than hiring a firm to do a never was scheme?

I say B/Y GP style purely because of weathering. And as far was B/Y goes I like the striping better than the F unit style.

No need to worry about it. BNSF would never do such a thing. But if they did it would propably be in a combination of all the paint schemes and it would look like a rollling nightmare. I think we have all seen some of BNSF's artistry and know what they are capable of.

I wouldn't mind having one of those SD90's UP is scrapping and put he o/w on it

Agree! Why BNSF just didn't stick with the ATSF "warbonnet" paint schemes I'll never know. BN - GN/NP/CB&Q politics I guess.

I remember back when the Merger with BN & SF took place. There was alot of controversy over what they were gonna call it. I think they shoulda called it the Chicago, Burlington, Frisco, Santa Fe, and Northern! That woulda covered all the bases, most of the fallen flags, and made for one heck of a paint scheme! |-|:)|-|:)|-|

Oh c'mon now! We all know what B. N. S. F. should stand for. IF written in title form, they are begging for mercy by saying BUY us NOW and SAVE the FRISCO!
Let me think up another one that's better! I'll be back!
