Well, I finally found Atlas GP38 #638 and GP38 No # on a popular auction site at the same time.

What I'm finding is the collectors and fanatics such as ourselves for the Frisco in N Scale buy up and hang onto the locomotives forever. I've been looking for the GP15-1s and the GP7s along with #638 for over a year with no luck. About 4 months ago, a #638 appeared overseas but I lost out at the last minute.

We need more factory painted Frisco! I know nobody here would disagree..

Now on another note, has anyone heard of U25B 808? I bought it the other day at Trains and Lanes in Easton, PA but after looking here and elsewhere, I don't see any evidence that it was mass released. Was it a special run?

Thanks as usual. You guys are the greatest!

On the U25B-2A, Atlas released two runs of that locomotive. The first run was #812 and #814, in 1986 and was packaged as a
    U25B-lla part number 4457 and 4458.
The second run in July 2006 had three road numbers:
    #808 P/N 47830, DCC plug only
    #812 P/N 44518 DC, P/N 44579 DCC and #/ P/N 44519 DC, 44580 DCC.
All of the releases had a build date of April 1962.
Let me know if it doesn't make sense.

    Here is the matrix:

John and all, you can go to the thread titled Manufactured N Scale Releases on page 7 third post down to see a matrix of the Frisco items that have been released. It's a little behind because there have been a few new models releases since then. I will try to post a new matrix later on today .

There was three locomotives GP-7 released by Atlas and Arnold. The Arnold was released in the early 1970's. It has three things wrong with it.
    1. Poor running
    2. Poor painting
    3. Wrong road number. #720 is a GP-35 road number.

Arnold # 720 P/N Unknown with the paint being Orange and White. DC only, no DCC plug.

The Atlas locomotives where released in April 2010.
    #500 P/N 48274 DC, 50846 DCC.
    #502 P/N 48275 DC, 50847 DCC.
Both are painted Black and Yellow.

There was two GP-15-1 locomotives released by Atlas in March 2009. Both were painted Orange and White.

    #111 P/N 52615 DC only
    #114 P/N 52616 DC only.

I don't know if they have a DCC plug.
They were manufactured in August 1977.

Joe, I must say, you are a rolling encyclopedia. I copied an earlier excel spreadsheet of pre-released locomotives and rolling stock off this n scale forum and I have been trying to keep it up to date.

Unfortunately, a few locomotives have fallen off the grid, including but not limited to the 808.

    Thanks kindly,

Thank you John, I only know something about N scale Frisco models Karl is the encyclopedia when it comes to the prototype railroad information, he's memory is like a steel trap, sharp and ready to go.

There are so many other people on the Frisco website who have just as much knowledge it would be impossible to name them all. Overall it's a great group of people!!!

Well, I stumbled upon a N Scale guy who sells a lot of merchandise out of a little store front in New Hampshire (See other notes about my guy that likes to hear himself talk!). I always keep a spreadsheet of all the N Scale Frisco locomotives, freight cars, etc. and I found 6 cars not on my list.

After purchasing and adding the freight cars to the list, I totalled up the factory Frisco stuff and I am at...

    97...

    I'll break 100 soon!

I also calculated the percentage of locomotives, hoppers, boxcars, etc. if anyone is interested...

Well, I found an N Scale shop north of San Francisco and found 7 more freight cars that I didn't have. Also, I forgot to count the hoppers in the total so I broke the magic 100 mark by a bit...

    126!

I have just over 34% of the stuff that I know to exist now or in the near future. I also purchased a bunch of Digitrax boards to get a lot more stuff up to DCC...
