I was just browsing on the internet bookseller Alibris' website and found numerous copies of Arthur D. Dubin's great Pullman books (Published by Kalmbach) "Some Classic Trains" and "More Classic Trains." Some as cheap as $10-$15-$18. They may be slightly damaged or ex-library copies, but there are hundreds of photos of Pullman cars heavyweight and lightweight in each book. FYI.

I have both of Dubin's books and they are terrific - bought them in the early 1980's. "More Classic Trains" has a nicely done chapter on the Frisco/Katy red/silver equipment and their trains - 12th chapter, pages 244-263.
