Gary Spraggins, Lexington, Ky my father was machinist for the Frisco in Sherman, Texas for 40+ years starting in the early 30s. Prior to that my grandfather worked for the Frisco, I think on a road gang. I have many fond memories of visiting my dad at he yard and family outings on the train to sulphur springs, Oklahoma. I haven't lived in Sherman since 1976 and I don't think much remains of the Frisco there.
