    Hi,
    *
I model L&N (with a Frisco connection) in a fictional part of Alabama NW of Birmingham in the early 50's. My main interests are freight cars and operation. I would like to visit the south one day but the closest I have been is NJ or MT !

Stan, welcome to the group - you'll find nary a cross word from this bunch. But, you'll find plenty of data and encouragement.

We actually had another New Zealander participating back in 1994/1995, Lance Reid. Download FMIG LINES Issue 114C - http://www.frisco.org/shipit/index.php?threads/fmig-newsletters.1665/page-7#post-9615 to learn more about Lance. He was into O gauge and large scale outdoor modeling and operations in Tauranga. You might know him. I don't think he ever joined frisco.org. Doug, FMIG founder
