New HO ExactRail Boxcar

Final report on my Exactrail 4427 covered hopper with the damaged roofwalk.

I contacted Exactrail by email and described the issue during the holidays. Exactrail returned my email Jan 3 and stated they wanted to exchange the damaged hopper with a new, undamaged car. I received my car from Exactrail and it looks great and it's in revenue service. Customer Service = A+.
