The CFO has been good to us!! Some of the latest arrivals for the C,H,& S R.R.|-| The caboose is a custom paint [duh!] by Fred Tennyson of Ohio. It took quite a while to get, but well worth it. The hopper is an AML model that was the National Garden RR Convention car in KC. The all red car is an Aristocraft, and the Frisco Fast Freight car is another AML product. Large scale has been pretty good for the Frisco of late. I still have a bunch in the paint shop, just need a little more umph to get going!
Nice. I've been wanting to put a G scale oval in our flower garden just for kicks but I've got so many irons in the fire. It's funny that I have that same hopper in N scale. Big contrast! I like the heft of large scale trains and combining model railroading with outdoor gardening. How about more pics?
I don't know if you have seen my album, " Dans Stuff" . Got a smatering of my goodies. An oval of track, with plans to reach out into the rest of the yard. After last year, I hope to get re-started on that goal. 2012 was not my greatest of years!!
