The Fletcher Frisco Shops were open today... finally assembling four Frisco box cars from a run sponsored by the Mid Continent Region of the NMRA. I picked these up some years ago. Sorry the pictures aren't more clear. There are four different car numbers. Assembled with Kadee couplers. I still need to add metal wheel sets. I've been inspired by all the building lately.

Not sure of all the tech specs of these cars, though I note the doors are different than some of my other 40' PS-1 cars, these having the large horizontal ribs.

Craig, they look great. Metal wheel sets are going to be a real plus.

    Ditto on JJ's comment.
Those will look very nice in a train.

Those boxcars were sold as a special project for the Mid-continent Region of the NMRA. A lot of research was done before the cars were produced to make them as accurate as possible. MCoR has produced many special car products over the years, all of them for RR's in the seven state area, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas.
