    Hi guys,

Its been a while since I have had a chance to visit this site, and trust me I have missed all the posts and news and pictures and you guys in General. My contract here in tombstone Arizona keeps getting extended (which means I must be doing something right). However, on my downtime I have been able to catch up on and brush up on my modeling techniques.

I will post pics soon on some of the projects I have finally been able to complete or nearly complete. Just wanted to drop a quick note to you all to let you know I am still around, just a lil out of pocket, just miss all the wonderment of this site and all of you.

A quick story, last saturday, my wife and I visited am estate sale and of all the fine items they had there, I inquired and purchased, the one thing NOT for sale there, a 3/4 inch thick piece of pressboard, the size of the bed of my truck, L-shaped. The folks holding the sale seen a countertop, I on the otherhand, saw a corner piece to my elaborate layout I have planned, so while I am here in AZ, I will be able to continue with all my work, including the layout. A corner section with a small outlying trackside industry mind you. things just keep getting better and better.

I'll try to stop in from time to time to post pictures, and catch up on the wonderful work ya'll are doing as well!!

Well I guess I posted this thread a little too early. Alas due to some health issues, which are going to be easily fixed, My time in tombstone is done. In the months I was there I learned to walk, talk, act, and dress like they did in 1880. I am now looking forward to the full length feature films being filmed back here in Texas in 2014. I was lucky enough to obtain some pretty cool, and comfortable mind you, costumes from the period, all the while wondering why we dont dress the way they did back then today. Comfort at my age trumps cool any day of the week. I learned a lot of history while I was out there, had a lot of fun, and even learned how and where to find GOLD, yup thats right, I can now add prospector to my resume of things I can do. some folks spend their entire lives searching for that ever elusive precious yellow metal and I spent 4 glorious months not just looking for it, but finding it, I have 9 5 gallon buckets full of black sand and in the mix is lots and lots of Gold Dust, the seperation process will be lengthy, but not impossible. I had fun guy, and I am glad to be back home, working on my layout, and reading everyones posts.
