Behind him is a portion of the Frisco Railroad bridge. We are looking northwest. Also barely visible is the 1860s covered bridge which was washed away in 1909.
Neat picture Robert. Thanks for posting it. More pictures at finleyfarmsmo.com and watch the video Johnny Morris announces restoration efforts for historic mill on Finley River in Ozark. https://www.ky3.com/content/news/Johnny-Morris-begins-efforts-to-restore-historic-mill-on-Finley-River-in-Ozark-469757853.html Picture of the Frisco right of way at the mill. http://www.frisco.org/shipit/index.php?attachments/frisco-bridge-ozark-mo-8-jpg.2665/ Hard to believe, but the records states that the grain mill dates back to 1833. Must have been Indians around that area back then.
