I have an extra HO Atlas Frisco 2-bay offset side hopper car, SLSF 90690. This is new in the box (it was sitting on the layout for a few months in a line of hoppers, but it never moved). It comes in the original Atlas box, with Atlas instructions, and included detail parts (hopper door latch bars). It has Atlas trucks with metal wheels, and Atlas Kadee compatible couplers. SLSF 90690 was built 7/48. This is an accurate model, black with white lettering on the sides and ends - see the Atlas pic attached. Cost new was something around $15. Car is new, unused, mint. If desired, I'll also be glad to supply a Frisco car diagram for this car to the buyer, plus a set of Cal-Scale brake line hoses (you will need to paint them and mount them if you want to add this detail).
