I think it's a fantasy setting. I don't know where there was street running in a busy area with a big Amtrak presence on a highline above?? Tom

Can't remember whose layout this is, but it's also the subject of a pretty popular how-to video on street running. I borrowed it a couple of years ago from a friend and from what I can remember, the featured city was based on St. Louis. I agree with John Foster-it's nice to see "our" railroad get some exposure.
