Where, who, what is this car ?
My grandmother took a summer trip like this to go visit relatives
I assume you never got a response to your question. Since the location of the photo is Arizona, my guess is this is the hallway along the bedrooms of the Frisco sleeper "Eugene Field" which is there. Eugene is sister to my Frisco sleeper "Cimarron River" and the bedroom hallway looks identical.
