Is that white thing a “parking brake?” I did not carefully monitor leveling of my layout during construction and have to do similar measures in a few places. I’ve used HO ties wedged in, push pins, and finally straight pins that aren’t as visible. Another option would be a derail, though it wouldn’t actually do that, it would just chock the wheel. Also, that mine looks familiar, is it a kit or kitbash?
