micro scale made them a few years back, they show up on ebay from time to time. I have some extra if you need some sooner than later.

They are for O F units, but the font size on the smaller "Frisco" herald is really close. No stripes in the kit but a yellow stripe kit may work.
a good microscale yellow stripe kit is 91156, its ho but they are 6 and 8 inch stripes so there just about big enough for O
