St. Louis Terminal Division - Main Line - East Of Lindenwood Yard And West Of Chouteau Avenue Yard - Kings Highway To Clifton Avenue - 2/8/1946 This is another map which is East of Lindenwood. These are only a couple of things of interest on it, so I was not worried about getting a high resolution copy out of it to make a good post. If anyone wants a higher resolution of this, or any of these others, just let me know and we can figure out the best way to get it to you. I have all of these recent maps scanned in at a high resolution, and even breaking them up I have to scale it back to get it to fit. Edit 5/2/2024: The map includes the Scullin Steel Company works, Laclede Christy Clay Products Company and Even & Howard Fire Brick Company. Laclede Christy Clay Products was jointly served by both the Frisco Railway and the Missouri Pacific (MP) Railroad. Also shown is the Cheltenham depot. Amended post to improve map location description, boundaries and date. MKD
Patrick, My dad was Eugene Stahl, a Frisco employee at Lindenwood Yard. He died in 1973, so he did not live to see the glorious Frisco name removed from his office and now the office is gone too. Just wondered if you are any relation to either John Howe or Eugene Howe who worked for Frisco? If so, my dad knew them, he worked in Lindenwood Yard Office with Gene for years.

Patrick, You posted the map "East part of Chouteau track" in 2003. This map shows Tower Grove Station too. Do you have a map the continues at the left side of this map and shows more of the Frisco-Missouri Pacific (MP) crossing? I want to add this to my St. Louis layout. Joerg
Hey, I am new, just browsing. Are you all talking about the area of Lindenwood in St. Charles where a train yard was? Because if it is there that would be amazing. Or is it an old yard from exactly St. Louis just called Lindenwood? Old Frisco family tradition 3 generations tracked so far. New on site. Carlena
Hi Carlena, Lindenwood Yard on the Frisco (now BNSF) is still in existence. It is located in St. Louis, MO along I-44 near Shrewsberry. If you are on I-44 coming from downtown St. Louis, you can take the Exit 284B, Arsenal Street. At the end of the ramp, turn north, a right turn, at the top of the ramp to go over the yard. Paul
