Hey FRISCO Fans... Thanks to the Seligman Chamber of Commerce and the Arkansas & Missouri RR, Apr 22, 2006 the A. & M. R.R. will run a special passenger excursion train from Seligman MO to Van Buren AR. There will be a layover (expected to be 3 hours) in Van Buren before the return trip to Seligman. Approx 200 miles round trip. This is on the old Monett MO to Ft Smith AR sub. Regular FRISCO passenger service stopping in Seligman ended in the 50's, or so I'm told.
