The Yoakum Frisco System must have been really working to encourage settlement all across their territory. This is very much in the vein of articles that one reads in The Frisco Man magazine of that era. It's also similar to a pamphlet I have from the early 1900s on building/maintaining good roads, in order for farmers to get product from farm to depot. Someday I'll get around to scanning it.
