The Pullman Company car assignment document for December 1954 indicated that two New York Central (NYC) owned 12 section - 2 double bedroom (12-2) cars, White Star and White Cloud, had been assigned to a regular Frisco car line. Memphis Central Station consists in August 1955 show cars White Star and White Harbor assigned to Pullman line 3431, Memphis-Atlanta operating in the Sunnyland, trains Nos 107-108. It is assumed that White Harbor had replaced White Cloud during that time. 12-2 cars were assigned to line 3431 from approximately June 1954 through November 1956. Are there other surviving records of NYC cars assigned to this Memphis-Atlanta service? Bill Pollard
