Richard and All: Richard, assuming that you or anyone else end up getting any TCS decoders, which I hope you do, I would suggest downloading the Technical Reference Guide that delves deeper into programming some of the neat functions of their line. In direct reference to this thread pay special attention to areas 15 & 16. They tell in detail how to reprogram the Mars/Gyra Llight(15) and Rotating Beacon (16) if you don't like the factory settings. The principle is simple as there are 5 CV's specifically assigned to each function that sets the duration time the light is on with each step from minimum brightness top maximum brightness and back down. There is a corresponding graph that illustrates the principle better than I can explain it.
