Afternoon; would one of the Frisco old timers tell me what color paint(s) to buy for modeling older Frisco diesels. please? I have an E-7 and a couple Alco's I want to do in Frisco livery and want to do them correctly. Thanks,:
Not exactly an old guy, but on my alco RS-2 I used black Ace brand spray paint on the shells and then odd ball decals to finish them off. And on the E-7 I used SP scarlet and testors gold paint. I would suggest a F-units cigar band decal from odd ball. Mine turned out really close to the prototypes.
