Several months ago, Atlas released their HO RS-1 model in Frisco black & yellow colors. They did them as SLSF 101 and SLSF 111. They are quite nice, though as always, some details need to be added.

The two models by Atlas were Atlas numbers 7145 and 7146, released August 2007. List $104.95

    Discounted price:
MailcarHobbies or LehightonHobbies may have some left.

    For List price:
Pacific Western Rail Systems (pwrs.ca) supposedly has some.
Amherst-depot also claims they have 1 each.

I bought my two at the OKC train show from this guy.

Call SEK Hobby Supply at 316-223-5190

He has both numbers. I paid $74.95 each for mine. List is $109.00

Don at SEK Hobby is a great guy, known him for 20 years. He gets to most of the shows within driving distance of Fort Scott, KS

  6. I got mine at the Bentonville show. It wasn't the Atlas model, but it is a real good one. It only cost my $30.00 it has Brass handrails and underframe. I'm using it to switch my Fort Smith station model when I finish it. If you look out for a cheap RS-1 Model you could paint and decal it. I painted and decaled a small plant switcher a while back it turned out ok, but I'm gonna wait before I start to do my Proto 2000 FB2. Right now I'm still finishing my F-7. I don't know of any other producers of the RS-1 in Frisco wish they did do more stuff in Frisco though.
    Ship it on the Frisco!!!

Don Barnart of SEK Hobbies has a #101 and #111 in his traveling stock, as of 3-7-10 approx 2:00PM. $74.95 each I believe.

His next show is Kansas City.
