The chart for Olathe shows "J.H. Cosgrove & Co." at "Spot 8." Any thoughts on what type of industry/concern this represented?

I'd thought that it might correspond to Champlin Oil as noted on the diagrams provided by Karl Brand's father...but I'm thinking that it may have been more where the freight house/City Ice Co. would have been located?

Regardless, I'd be curious to know more about the nature of the business.

Thanks very much, Karl. Now I have to figure out if I want to put the coal dealer where I'd planned on putting the bulk oil terminal, or go with the original plan. There's never a dull moment with prototype modeling: just when I think I have my industries figured out...

    Best Regards,
