Notice of my Dad’s transfer from the KC Terminal Division to the KC Subdivision appears on page 13. My parents never could find a house that they liked, so my dad commuted from KC to Paola. His office was in the depot. E. A. Ears Webster went from Paola to Clinton and Marvin Brown went to KC. Had the privilege of meeting both men. By this time I had my drivers license, and made numerous trips to Ft Scott when my dad couldn’t get a train back to KC.
