I was told two Frisco EMD motors were sold to the CSX circa late 1970's and were converted to slug units. Anyone verify? Did any Frisco pre merger power go to CSX? Thanks. Ron
It is impossible for that to occur because CSX did not exist in the 70's. You'll need to know which of the CSX former railroads the units went to.
Thanks. I checked Marre's FRISCO DIESEL POWER book and found no post 1960's built Frisco power to the former CSX lines. Ron
