Here are photos of several diesels that served around Birmingham and the Southern Division.

The FA-1 and FB-1 are Model Power units; the GP7 is Athearn, the RS-1 is Alco Models and the DS-4-4-1000 is a Hallmark, repowered to run well. The RS-1 shows the weathering of having run the Cement Plant switching turn regularly.

    Nice Ken!

Did you use Tom's OddBall decals on the DS-4-4-1000 or did it come painted and decorated?

I used Walthers yellow lettering set for the DS-4-4-1000, plus a custom-made coonskin decal for the nose, the same as for the RS-1 ends. I used Microscale decals for the others.
