Frisco painted F9A at the Oklahoma Railway Museum. It is former BN, nee NP. It kept its BN 814 number when put in Frisco paint. It may receive a SLSF number or likely go into BN paint as is not a real Frisco unit. The museum is negotiating for an actual ex Frisco locomotive in the near future, Baldwin/EMD hybrid VO1000m SLSF 206.
I have run SLSF 814 and ATSF 2572 together in multiple unit a couple of times. SLSF 814 nose faces south and ATSF 2572 nose faces north. Looked like mini Frisco-ATSF run through with units from both roads tied together, although they are F9A and CF7 so most likely never coexisted other than when CF7 was still an F unit and highly doubtful ever together at any time previously. Well they may have crossed paths somewhere since 814 was a BN (ex NP) unit but doubtful, although like 007, never say never again. Karl
