   When were the F3A units horn changed from single to multi-chime?
   
   Did the F3As come with anti-glare paint on the nose?
   
   Did the F3As have the large numbers on the car body side of the nose?
   
   If they did when were they added?

   Anti-glare paint was on the nose.
