A question for the group ..... did the b/y SLSF F3's, F7's and/or FP7's have small road numbers applied to the rear end panels? I know the E7's and E8's did, 2" numbers.

I seem to recall seeing end numbers on a few units years ago, but I can't find any in my pics. I'm just finishing up detailing an Intermountain FP7, SLSF 5048, and need to decide on an end number or not.

The Genesis F3's, and the IRC F7's and FP7's, which are all well decorated (if you ignore the shades of yellow) do not have end numbers on them.

Does anyone have a painting diagram for the Frisco b/y F's? Sure wish we had one available.

Goverment regulations require that the unit road number be installed on all four sides of a locomotive, so I would say yes.
