That is Birmingham, Alabama, not New Orleans, LA.

The engines spent a few hours sitting on the engine ready track, called by locals "the Ramsey Track", waiting for the eastbound “Southland" evening departure for Memphis, TN.

I think the red color and paint on the front band of Frisco's E7A (EA7) and E8A units are wonderful and beautiful every time I look at them.
