Regarding the photo of 1200 on The Frisco Archive, this reminds me a lot of the photo of 239 at Rolla in 1968 by Mike Condren: http://condrenrails.com/Frisco Catalog/Caboose.htm I'd guess that maybe this was "cut" and "pasted" from another piece of rolling stock? Roger Taylor also has some photos of 1200 in its BN days showing some interesting quiltwork appearances. Best Regards,
