Thanks Bob and John. Bob, look at the photos on the instruction sheets and you will see the marker light brackets on each corner front and back. I'm not sure when the railings were painted yellow. Probably close to your era. These are great kits and I have a third one waiting to be built/kitbashed into another side door caboose.
I can help with this one, at least, Bob: for your era, handrails, grabs and steps should be yellow.
