I bought this negative from FMIG'er H. E. Chelf He has the location and date as Springfield, June 11, 1952. Things are not the same at Lindenwood with the covered wagon and the Redbird replacing steam....but the red and gold E-7 and B&Y F-unit are certainly missed.
Not only are the F7 and E7 units gone from Lindenwood, but so is the diesel shop. Speaking as one who used to visit LW a lot, the place is now of minimal interest to me. Ken
