Many of us have passed it and wanted to stop and ask for the story. Isn't there an RV park there?

You may be right ... I was on a long road trip and couldn't stay longer than to take a few snapshots, so I don't remember.

My recollection, though, is that there was a home (possibly a manufactured home) "behind" the caboose in this shot. And the property was right at an intersection or highway 90 degree turn.
