No Motor from my Frisco N Scale Intermountain FP7A with MRC Sound DCC Decoder - YouTube

Just to clarify, this is a video of 2 Intermountain FP7A locomotives that were dealer installed with MRC DCC/Sound decoder boards that I am currently having bad decoder issues with. Sounds great, Lights work but no motor control and no movement!!!
