Just wanted to relay some information to the crowd. There will be a GREAT TRAIN EXPO swap meet at the St.Charles, MO. Convention Center on February 6th and 7th, and at the AMERICAN ROYAL COMPLEX in K.C.,MO. on Februrary 27th and 28th. Let's hope for decent weather so we can all get us some really nice "goodies". Feb. 27 is also the date for the 7th annual Great Northwest Arkansas Train Show. in Bentonville, Ar. Organizer is the Sugar Creek MRHS. 135 tables of vendor goods, layouts of all scales from regional clubs, popular vote contest, hot food available. Clarion Hotel on SE Walton Blvd. Hotel is supposed to have a train show rate, also. Grand door prize is Amtrak Eagle tickets. Tractive and other group members will be there. Possibly Tom on the historical side. Hang around enough and there could be a layout tour or two.
