   Looking at the viaduct in the background, it looks like it could be at Lindenwood (St. Louis) and that could be the Arsenal St. Viaduct over the yards.

   That is in Lindenwood yards and the engine is facing west (outbound) with the Arsenal St. Viaduct in the background.
