S scale continues to grow. Both American Flyer (including the Lionel manufactured models) and American Models both offer Baldwin diesel switchers. Have any Frisco modelers used any of these to produce a Frisco model?

Like the diesel models produced by AF, AF/Lionel and AM, the S-Helper Service Showcase Line gives an S scale model railroader the opportunity to build an excellent roster of Frisco models.

If there are any Frisco modelers who roster any Baldwin diesel switchers can photos be posted to the S scale section?

    Thanks,

I have an AM Baldwin S-12 that I'm modifying into Frisco DS4-4-1000 #241. (Black n' yellow.) Most of the modifications are finished. Still to come are some finer details, and installing the lights/DCC/sound decoder/speaker. However, of late, I haven't had the oompah to do ANYTHING model RR related, either S or V scale.

However, at your request, here's some in-progress pics...

    Thanks Andre,

As usual, your model building skills put my ten thumbs to shame!

Beautiful Baldwin! Thanks for posting the pix!

My wife´s ongoing health problems have derailled my S scale layout plans. I haven´t given up hope that I will be able to lay some S scale rails in the near future though.
