Rosedale (Kansas City, KS), MP 3.9, Grain Elevator - Division St at N Cherokee St

I'm looking for a little clarification on something.

I have seen two different names for the grain elevator on the east side of the Rosedale Yard.

The industry schematic from 72 lists it as the McFadden Elevator Company

Elsewhere, I have seen it referred to as Garvey Grain.

I am guessing it just changed ownership at some point?

Mostly want to know which name it went by in 1980.
