Recently, I've been going through my RR magazine collection--thinning, clipping, donating etc. And I just ran across a copy of "RAIL CLASSICS" (Volume 2, #2) from 1973 with a Frisco steam pictorial spread by Don Wirth with photos from his collection--Very nice! Rail Classics was hard to find, but every once in a while they would have a "gem." Also there have been at least three good articles about the Frisco 1500 4-8-2's over the years in "Mainline Modeler." August '84, May '03 and June '03 FYI. If you have these magazines and have forgotten these articles, you should go back and revisit... Tom
