Actually I registered to utilize the Frisco library to see if I could glean some information to flesh out some family history. A grandfather, F.J. Smith, was an engineer in the steam era through to the 1960's. And I had two uncles who were Superintentdents with Frisco, Fulton Smith and William (Bill) D. Smith (with some time out as a pilot during WWII). Also there were numerous great uncles and cousins who worked all over the system....most started out in either Monett or Springfield, but later worked in St. Louis, Pensacola, Vinita, Sherman, Memphis, Wichita, Fort Smith, Sapulpa, Kansas City, Amory or Greenwood, and many other locations.

Any links to information about the people of Frisco will be appreciated.
